Materials to be screened: limestone
Problems: the existing screen mesh opening size is 12mm, throughput 400T/hr, front-to-back tensioning, mesh length 2890mm; this customer is faced with challenges of screen breakage (max. 140 hours/min. 8 hours);
Solution: after analyzing on site, we have made improvements on the fatigue strength of screen by modifying the screen material, resulting in operation hours of more than 500 hours under full load operating conditions;
